Victoria & Associates is delighted to present you this beautiful newly renovated home located at the top of the western hill of Puerto Rico facing the side of Amadores beach with astonishing views over the sea and mountain where you can enjoy the sunsets Gran Canaria is well known for.

Upon arrival the first thing we notice is a beautiful and cosy front porch that's designed perfectly to enjoy the views from the areas that surround the pool which are full of nature and the overview of the mountains which gives you a feeling of a constant tropical holiday, combined with the warm weather we find all year around.

Through the slide doors we find a two level living room that hosts multiple sitting area both with access to the front that brings a lot of light and freshness to the whole floor. A breakfast bar separates the two areas smoothly were we can access a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, overhead extractor and a 4 head induction stove, we find marble throughout the counter top and a window to the back terrace. overall a vintage designed kitchen that gives character to this very special home.

Moving upstairs we have the master bedroom with a single bed and a built in wardrobe that has access to a private balcony to the front of the property with great views over the beautiful communal areas of the complex, a second room again at the front of the property that connects to the same balcony also with built in wardrobes. Laying between the rooms we can find the main bathroom that's fully tiled and has a bathtub with glass doors, sink and WC all in great conditions.

Moving to the back of the property we can find the third bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobe and large dresser. This room has a window to the back terrace that provides fresh air and lots of light.

At the back of this property we can find a terrace with enough space for sunbeds and a dining table with two different access point to the inside of the property.
